I do not use medicine on my children. If one of them happens to get a fever that will not pass, then I feel this is a great product to use.

WOW! I learned the hard way that Motrin is best for fevers. I kept giving my daughter Tylenol and the fever just was not going away. Finally the doctor said to give her Motrin. The fever broke within 15 minutes. This particular item is DYE free, which means when my toddler suspected it tastes bad and flings it everywhere there are no stains. Not only that, she actually liked the taste when I got it in her mouth! She said "MMM Its uh-lick-us".\n\nTylenol stained several of her onesies and it tastes really bad! You could taste the asprin and tons of fruity immitation gel. Very gross!
