    This set is great for my daughter (17 mo. old). The chubby handle is easy for her to grip. The spoon head is the right size for the perfect toddler-size bite. It seems it might be a bit too shallow for her to easily scoop up food on her own, though (she is just learning).

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
