Started using these diapers a couple of months ago as a night time diaper for our son. He's now 7 months and sleeps 11.5 -12 hours (sometimes more on weekends) a night and this diaper holds strong! We just need to try and make sure he doesn't drink too much right before bedtime, and there are usually no leaks. My son is a stomach sleeper and most of the diaper is soaked in the front vs. the back in the morning, but the diaper does a good job keeping the wetness from leaking. Tried the Huggies overnight before these and there was a huge difference in softness of the diaper, with the Huggies brand very rough and stiff and scratchy. We're big fans of Pampers at our home. We use Swaddlers during the day and love those as well.

The gel leaked little pieces on several diapers with my son and as a result he developed a pretty bad skin rash. Would not recommend these, the swaddlers are much better!

I loved using the Pampers Swaddlers when my son was a newborn, but he quickly outgrew them (he's a big boy!). So, I tried the Pampers Baby Dry diapers and have been pleased. The key is the size. I learned that when the diaper begins to fit a little more snug, to go up a size. By going up one size where his weight is towards the bottom of the suggested weight for that size, it fits better and is more absorbant. He's able to wear this diaper all night (10-12 hours) and it doesn't leak! Plus, they are soft and have nice flexibility.

These diapers have worked really well for us. we've used them for months now, ever since my son outgrew the swaddlers sizes, and we've never had any problems. i've never experienced anything with leaking gel specs as mentioned in the previous review. my only problem with these diapers is their impact on the environment, but that is not a complaint specific to the Babydry. we love these!
