It sounds ridiculous, but I was confused which side went toward the breast at first (the purple). The large shape covers my breast perfectly, and for how thin it is, it is AMAZING how much that sucker can hold. It's really nice when you go out and can't pump or feed and your breasts pretty much double in size; having the pad so thin just makes the pressure from the bra so much less than with the other brands. The lanolin on it also helps my sore nipples for when I forget to put it on from the tube. I can wear a form fitting shirt and it won't show through at all. I've tried Gerber, Lansinoh, Playtex, and Johnson...this one is the best. Plus, it comes wrapped (nice and sanitary for storing in the diaper bag) not individually, but in a SET OF TWO!! :) which that makes me happy; I don't have to look around for the missing one. ABSOLUTELY GREAT PRODUCT!! WON'T EVER USE ANYTHING ELSE.

I thought I would give the Evenflo Nursing Pads a try when I saw that they had them with Lanolin. Well I am not impressed one bit. First off the pads feel very cheap and were not soft at all. They also have nothing to keep them in place so they were falling out all the time. They say it will "draw moisture away from skin" well not for me they didn't! I still leaked with them on about half the time. The other half the paper would start to come apart and get stuck to my skin. As for the Lanolin I could not tell if it even had any on it or not and with all the other problems it was hardly worth it just for the name.
