We just got the peapod in the mail today in preparation for a trip that I wanted something small to keep my 11 week old in and not have to lug the pack n' play. I wanted to try it out before our trip to make sure we could get it all back together after reading the review about it being difficult.

It popped right out of the bag, filled with air (we blew in it to make it go a little faster), super easy set up. It was a little bit smaller than I expected based of the photo alone, but it's actually perfect I wouldn't want it any bigger for the purpose that we got it for. It feels nice and sturdy and definitely strong.

My 22 month old took to it immediately even though I got it for her brother to sleep in. She played in it for over an hour.

Putting it away was a cinch. I followed the photo directions to make sure I was doing it properly and it folded right together and went back in the bag. The mattress deflated with some pressure and went in as well.

Looking forward to using it while we travel, we might need to get a second one at this rate! I did take one star away only for the price, and really a whole star is too much. I'd like to see it just slightly less expensive, but all in all, it's a good buy so far!

I bought this product to use while my husband and I took our twins to Europe. They were a disaster. They set up easily but then putting them back in the bag was a nightmare. It was impossible to break down. It took 3 people to put the pods back into the bag but we could not fit the mattresses back into the bag. We put them into our suitcase without the air in it after closing the valve and they blew up in our suitcase. One of them was defective. I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone. We had to go out and buy beds for our twins because of this disaster. I bought it because of good reviews that I read.

This product is excellent. My husband and I were so happy when we got it for a gift. We travel a lot and it is easier to take with you than the playpen. We also used it on the beach my son was two months and slept very well. Most useful item we own for our son. I recommend it to all parents.

I am a medical foster mom to 3 toddlers or babies at one time. Traveling with them and medical equipment is challenging. The peapod is wonderful, light weight and I use it as a bed or playpen depending on where we are. My children like being able to move around, and play or sleep. Toys don't get thrown onto dirty floors. My 3 yr old uses it at school for rest time. I have recommended this product to my friends and they are purchasing to use with their children and grandchildren. Much easier to store when space is limited and the kids just visit once in a while.

Purchased this to take our newborn (5wks old) with us on an overnight travel weekend (our first travel adventure). With all the stuff that is needed when traveling with a newborn, having something that was lightweight, compact, and so portable was a plus. No need to worry about using a crib supplied by a hotel or packing up the "pack-n-play". The little one didn't mind it at all. Having the inflating matress made it easy for him to sleep in a new place.
