This product functions pretty well. I used it when my daughter was a newborn and the bassinet feature works great. The other features are pretty useless though. The light/sound feature is not all that useable. It takes tons of batteries and then with frequent use, the batteries only last about two weeks. The remote control only works for a few minutes, and then you have to re-set it if you want to keep using it. The moblie with the animals is also difficult to put up and take down, and I felt like it was unsafe for the baby to sleep with the mobile attached, so I had to take it off (for sleep) and put it on (for play) all the time. Also, the diaper changer doesn't just flip over like the Pack-n-Play, you actually have to clip it on and off every time you want to use it interchageably with the play yard, which is a headache. I do use it now as a play pen, and it works well. It is sturdy and once you learn to pack it up (which takes a while), it travels well. The other problem I had was finding a sheet to fit it. I finally found that the quilted pack-n-play sheets work. Everything else I tried was too small.
