Very difficult to determine which size to get. I purchased my pre-pregnancy size which was too small at first. Now after six weeks, it's too big. A pumping band needs to be adjustable and also needs straps over the shoulders or around the back of the neck. Unfortunately, I have to buy something else now.

This product was recommended by the lactation consultant at the hospital where I delivered my baby, for good reason - it is awesome! I love having my hands free when I'm pumping (to sip water, flip through a magazine or handle the remote control). My only issue is the size - I ordered based on my bra size, and it fits perfectly when I have nothing else on. I need to order one size up to be able to put it on over other clothing or my regular nursing bra.

When I first used the pump, holding the flanges to my breasts with my hands, the vacuum latch will brake on the breast at which I was not looking at. Imagine, holding the flanges to your breasts TIGHTLY for 20 min!! It's impossible.

This bustier goes on top of your nursing bra, shirt, whatever, thus making it very easy to put on and off. Also, the flanges can be placed through the openings -- very convenient.

If you were wondering if there is a bra in which you can pump and breastfeed -- the lactation consultant i talked to recommended against that as for pumping you want a rather tight fit to hold the flanges in place.

Hope this helps! At the breastfeeding center in DC, I was told that women try cutting holes in their sport bras, tie the flanges with elastic and what not, and they finally give in and just buy this.

Do yourself a favor and get it, together with whichever pump you'd be using.

Even though you don't have to use two hands to pump milk with this bra, it is not that great. It squishes your breasts when pumping making it more likely that milk won't come out of all milk ducts, thus creating potential for plugged ducts. I ended up not using it and went back to using both hands (as well as knees to hold one bottle while turning on the breast pump with one hand). Good idea for the product, but not worth purchasing.

This product is wonderful. Most importantly, I am able to pump more milk with it than without it b/c it creates a better suction than holding the pump myself. It keeps me hands free to hold the baby, answer the phone, etc. The only complaint I have is that the holes in bra do not line up w/my nipples. They seem to be off-center; they're more to the side. So sometimes I have difficulty lining the pump up w/my nipples once they're in the bra, but over time I have figured out a good technique. Overall, I highly recommend this product!!

I was a little hesitant at first, but well worth the money X's 10! I'm relaxed when I pump, which helps the time pass quicker since now i can read a magazine, brush my teeth or my hair, I can do anything while I pump now. I've started producing more milk, becuase I think I'm more relaxed and my wrists don't hurt anymore either from holding the pump up to both breasts, 4x's a day.....whoever invented this, thank you!!!

This is a great item! I was stuck holding the bottles while at workand finally broke down and bought this. WOW i wish i would have gotten it sooner. I can now be so much more productive. The bustier fits well (size chart is right-on) and works with my medela pump. (Note: this will not work with the one piece connectors/shields.) I will be telling any pumping mama i encounter about this one!

I love this product! I pump exclusively for my newborn, and was getting bored and tired with holding the pump. Plus, my hands would go numb! Now I can eat, read, play with the baby, etc! If you are pumping at least 4-5 times a day (or 8, like me) you NEED this product!

This bra makes pumping convenient however the shields were a bit small for the holes. This made using the bra a bit awkward. Other than this, it was a great idea. Overall I'm glad I got it. Hands free pumping is great!

This bra is a real lifesaver. I miss it even if I have to go without it for one pumping because it is in the washer/dryer. I had a 28 week preemie and had to pump 6-8 times a day for 5 months now. (Doing well :-)) I use this bra every time and it has held up well. It stretches a little with use but if you put it in the dryer it will come back to its original shape. I am a 36-38B-C and I bought a large which was fine for me, but as I lost weight probably a medium would've been better. You can eat, surf the net, fill out stuff, or read a book while pumping. Cons would be that it doesn't quite work as well as in the picture, for me at least, but it is a vast improvement over holding the phalanges yourself. Get it here. I paid the regular price for mine.

I read the reviews for this product and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! The Easy Expression Bustier has made pumping at work a lot less cumbersome.

I am about a 36DD/E (it really depends on the brand). I read other reviews about sizing problems, but I ordered the large and it fits fine...all the pump parts fit where they are supposed to fit and I haven't had any leaks yet!

This bra looks a little bizarre but it really is fantastic. I use this bra to pump at work twice a day and on my drive home (while wearing a nursing cover). It is a bit timeconsuming to hook up, but I'd say it only adds a minute or so to the whole pumping process, and it's well worth it to me since I can check email and continue to work while pumping handsfree. I am a 38B and bought the large, which stretched out a bit with washing and wearing, but it still works fine.

Great product! I bought a large based on the sizing above (I'm a 38), but feel it's a little big - packaging says large is for 38-40 DF size, which I'm definitely not, so consider cup size when ordering. Regardless, even a little big, the suction cups stay on well and I pump without any problems. Just used it for the first time and pumped 150ml from each breast in less than 20 minutes, more than average if I just hold the cups to my breasts. So glad I can now get things done during my pumps!!
