Comments about Haba Motley Pacifier Chain:

I used this product with my infant, and now toddler and have had no problems with it falling apart. I've had it for about a year and he uses it daily. I must say that it appears that the beads might split off, but if they did, they would break, so I guess it poses less of a choking hazard than one would think. It is absolutely adorable. I just hope that paint is not toxic, because it certainly wears off over time.

This is very dangerous - comes apart and the wood pieces on the string can easily be choked on - doesn't hold up at all. I would not buy this.

Comments about Haba Motley Pacifier Chain:

I was terrified when I looked down at my daughter holding on to the end of this pacifier holder and her pacifier was no longer attached and there were 3 beads lying on her chest. We didn't use this very often because my daughter typically sucks on her fingers. I was shocked that after very little use, it would fall apart. This is very dangerous. She could have choked on a bead while I was driving down the highway. It is very cute but not worth the risk!

My son loves to chew on this but it did not hold up like I expected it to. The paint is chipping and the beads look like they are about to split. It's cute but not the best quality.

pretty but didn't hold up to chewing

Comments about Haba Motley Pacifier Chain:

I really liked this at first - helped the pacifier to stay in place, and my son loved to chew on it. But he chewed on it so hard (with no teeth) that several of the beads started to split. I ended up very nervous that the beads would actually break and become a choking hazard, and therefore stopped using it. Haba products are typically such good quality - I was quite disappointed that this happened.

Comments about Haba Motley Pacifier Chain:

I couldn't stand my son ripping the holder off any longer. He uses mam pacifiers, so I'd stayed away from this holder. I ended up ordering it anyway and cut off the ring from the mam holder and attached this one just like it attaches to the nuk pacifier. Works great. My only complaint is that the wood split. So far it hasn't been a big enough problem to stop using it.
