Comments about Dr. Brown's BPA Free Natural Flow Baby bottle - 8 oz - 3 pk:

These bottles are very effective in reducing air intake and baby enjoys the nipples. The flip side is an elaborate multi-piece system, which is a drag to wash and assemble...but I believe this a necessary evil. What irks me more, is that the volume graduation is clear and difficult to read... especially with milk inside. With a black marker I have remedied this, but I am mystified as to why the manufacturer couldn't stamp the measurements in black.

Comments about Dr. Brown's BPA Free Natural Flow Baby bottle - 8 oz - 3 pk:

I have read the negative messages about this product and all I have to say is that I have no problems with it.
-"It has many parts"- Yes, but once those parts are together, they prevent gas.
-"They leak"- Nope, they do not leak unless you overflow it or just didn't put it together correctly which so far is easy to do.
-"Precey"- Yes, I don't mind spending on something that works well for my baby. If it helps, why not buy it?
-"I have tried other bottles"- So did I and the "other" bottles were not good at all. I spent more money in other bottles since I had to "try" them to see which one worked. So after many tires I decided to go for the spendy ones, only ONCE and I spent MORE money in the "other" bottles.

      These bottles work!

Comments about Dr. Brown's BPA Free Natural Flow Baby bottle - 8 oz - 3 pk:

I started my baby on bornfree which is great but decided to buy 1 of these to try the difference. I think bornfree and dr brown both work great for gas but the main difference I prefer this brand is because the nipples are a lot more comfortable for my son to suck on. Both nipples are the same texture of softness/quality but the bornfree one makes him stretch his mouth open really wide because of their wide unique nipple shape and he prefers this nipple more, if bornfree made a more normal nipple then I guess I would prefer bornfree because of 1 step easier cleaning, you have to use the little brush to clean inside the little holes on the lid part. And it will leak if you pass the advised line on the bottle so the bottle has to be alot bigger than necessary to avoid leaks.

Comments about Dr. Brown's BPA Free Natural Flow Baby bottle - 8 oz - 3 pk:

I love these bottles. My son has GERD and these (along with special formula) help with it, he also didnt get as much gas when he was a newborn. Yes, they can be a pain to put together for some people because of the parts, and many complain that they leak. If you do everything right they shouldn't leak, the main reason they do is that ppl shake the bottle with the parts in it; or stuff gets into the tube. and if you are traveling, use the travel/storage caps. these also work great for mixing up the formula and water. the best part is that they can be used with any regualar sized bottles and they even make some for wide bottles.

Comments about Dr. Brown's BPA Free Natural Flow Baby bottle - 8 oz - 3 pk:

My baby was very gassy newborn, these bottles were the only thing that helped. She eventually grew out of the gas but we still use the bottles. I used evenflow glass bottles first, way too many air bubbles for a gassy baby. The Dr.Browns can leak a tiny bit if you over fill with water or if you do not connect all the parts right.I would recommend these bottles for any baby with gas, acid reflux or colic...

Comments about Dr. Brown's BPA Free Natural Flow Baby bottle - 8 oz - 3 pk:

The reviews talking about what a pain these bottles are kill me. They are wonderful and if you are familiar with basic dishwashing, you won't have a problem. These are the only bottles I will ever use with this new baby and future children. We used them for the first child after trying several others and these were the only bottles we didn't have colic issues with. As an added bonus, they screw in to the Medela pump system perfectly! I would pump a couple of bottles, put the travel cap on them and put them in her daycare bag. Easy peasy!
Unless you are hopelessly lazy when it comes to dishwashing, you will be fine with these bottles. And they are worth their weight in gold as far as I'm concerned!

I bought these bottles because of all the "hype" that they are the best you can have. I have to say that I wish I had stayed with the "drop in" bottles by playtex. I spent way more money then I should have on these bottles, and I saw no difference with "gas" issues.

I love these bottles! My twins were carried to term, but still had issues with eating. We tried Nuk, Avent and Playtex Drop-Ins, but the Dr. Browns bottles worked best. I do recommend to use liquid formula or if using powder mix, make in separate container and then pour into bottles. Try a test pack out and you should notice how smoothly and easily your baby will nurse.

I read a ton of reviews prior to chosing Dr. Brown's bottles and was a bit scared by many of the reviews that claimed these bottles were a hassle and hard to clean. We have used these bottles from the start, so we do not even notice any extra cleaning steps these bottles require. All of the parts are dishwasher safe, so there is no need to hand-clean them if you do not have the time. Also, we have had no issues with these bottles leaking. My son (7 months old) is breastfed, so I cannot attest to how these bottles perform with formula mix.

We originally tried another brand that was supposed to alleviate air intake, but our little guy was having major gas problems. We switched to these and immediately noticed the difference. Can't recommend them enough if you have a baby that's suffering like ours was.

I was told by several professionals to use these bottles. I got them and HATE them and now I'm stuck. What a pain!! Too many parts, cant make formula in them, they leak if you don't put them together JUST RIGHT, the list goes on. I would experiment with several different bottles before investing in these bottles. If your child is gassy, etc. like the other reviewers, then by all means, buy these. If your child doesn't have those kind of problems, don't bother.

I love these bottles. They truly reduce the amount of air my daughter gulps down during feeding. Like any bottle, just make sure you're using the right size nipple for the best feeding experience. I did buy both the microwave steamer and dishwasher basket to wash them. Both work great, however I prefer soaking my bottles and parts in hot soapy water and then using the microwave steamer to sanitize them. I highly recommend these.
