I have been using if for 1 1/2 years now. I love it because it is not too thick, and it definitely prevents diaper rash. At some point I was wondering if it was the cream or if my baby was just not diaper rash prone, and when I stopped it for a couple of days i noticed some irritation. So I use it on a regular basis, and after 1 1/2 years I can say he has only had a diaper rash once, when he had bad diarrhea. I definitely recommend it!

I have tried almost every kind of diaper rash cream there is and I like this one the best! I have 3 kids 3 and under and for each one of them I haven't been able to use a cream with zinc oxide in it b/c it always made them cry and scream when I put it on their rash. So I have just used the regular A&D ointment and that never hurt their bottoms, but I just recently tried A&D's zinc oxide cream and it also doesn't hurt their bottoms so now I'm thinking it must be something other than the zinc oxide in those other creams that made it burn. This is my new favorite cream for diaper rashes! It works great, doesn't hurt them and clears up a rash very fast!

Usually if I see my daughter is starting to get a diaper rash I will put it on and by the next diaper change the rash is gone. Really thick unlike some other brands. It will stay put and you can see where you put it already.

Upon the recommendation of our daycare, we started using A+D for our daughter's occasional diaper rash, and it works like a charm.

A few times the rash went untreated long enough the the rash became fungal, and at this point you need stronger ointment with an anti-fungal -- ask your pediatrician for their recommendation.

I've tried many different brands of diaper cream and this is my favorite. It coats well and the zinc oxide has been preferred by our doctor. It seems to clear up my son's irritations well.

this product is fantastic! i used to use balmax, but when my infant got his first diaper rash the pharmacist recommended A + D. his diaper rash cleared up over night! we've been using the product at every diaper change since, and have not had another diaper rash.
