Comments about California Baby Calendula Cream - 2 oz:

My daughter had pretty gross cradle cap, baby acne and a heat rash. Her poor face and head looked terrible. I took her to the pediatrician and he said "its normal." A friend recommended we try this for her cradle cap. The first time I put it on, it didn't seem to do much. Her heat rash cleared up first, but the cradle cap was still pretty bad. I decided to soak her in a bath tub, and then use a soft scrub brush to scrub her head. I got a ton of dead skin off, then applied the calendula when she got out. The next day her head was so soft and nice. Her skin looked terrific. I continued to do this every few days for a week or so. Her skin ailments are gone, and her head looks great.

I also use this on my own skin. I have allergies to many foods and pollutants, and this has cleared up any sort of rash I get. We're definitely keeping this around! So worth the cost!

Comments about California Baby Calendula Cream - 2 oz:

This product didn't work for my baby. I have a 13 months old baby who had eczema since he was 1 months old. I've tried so many creams and lotions on him and nothing worked. I came across calendula cream and read the reviews, and almost everyone who uses it cleared their babies eczema in 2 days or so. When I read that it worked for all those babies, I got really excited thinking that this product will work on my baby because they were all in similar situations. It's been a week now, and his eczema is still there. His face is still red as ever. Very disappointed in this product. It may work for others, but it didn't work for my baby. It could be that his eczema is more severe. I'm just going to continue using Aquaphor because that's the only thing that is helping his eczema by keeping his skin moisterized. Pediatricians/Doctors said their eczema will go away. Hopefully, his will go away soon.

This stuff was recommended to me by a friend when my daughter started getting a chin rash from all the drooling that comes with teething. Nothing else seemed to work so I was desperate since the rash looked so painful. We used just before she went down for bed one night and when she woke in the morning the rash was gone!! We now use it anytime she has a rash anywhere and the rash is usually gone in a few hours. Love this stuff and keep one in her diaper bag just in case a mystery rash pops up when we are away from home!

My son is 4 months old and still battling mild cradle cap. In the FAQ on California Baby's website, they recommend treating with the Calendula Cream before bed and then shampooing with their Tea Tree & Lavender Shampoo & Body Wash in the morning. I did exactly that, and it worked as promised. My husband is somewhat of a natural product skeptic, but was amazed when he came home and saw our son's flake-free head!

We use cloth diapers and prefer to not use heavy diaper creams, as it affects absorbancy. This seems water soluable enough to use as a diaper cream with cloth diapers and has worked well for our baby on diaper rash. Also, our whole family has dry winter hands and every other lotion burns except this one. The problem is I went to use it for the baby, and it was gone! Stores near us are always out of it, so I make sure to buy two when I can!

I previously used another calendula cream on my 18-month-old's severely dry skin, but the results were poor. I read the reviews on California Baby's and was skeptical, but thought I'd give it a try. Truly the best! Within a day or two his skin became "baby" soft again! I joked with my husband about it being a miracle cream. We use it on his legs and arms, on little cuts and on his face (for aromatherapy). I've NEVER reviewed a product before, but I felt *that* confident in this one.

Comments about California Baby Calendula Cream - 2 oz:

This is truly an AWESOME cream both for baby and adults. My son had excema for the first 3 months; I used Aquaphor and Aveeno cream specifically for excema and they didn't improve his skin at all. I realized I needed to switch to natural products that don't contain chemicals and used this cream and my son's skin cleared up immediately. I really couldn't believe the results, and his skin has been great ever since. I also love how this cream smells; I put it on my baby's face, body and scalp multiple times a day, and I use it on my hands which are very chapped and it works better than any body oil I've every used. I don't usually post product reviews but I had to with this one. I recommend this cream to all mothers I see who have babies with excema. Truly a great product.

Comments about California Baby Calendula Cream - 2 oz:

My 4-year-old daughter does NOT have very sensitive skin, but I usually try to get stuff without fragrance. However, I tried this lotion because we love the super sensitive lotion from California Baby and because she asked for something that smelled nice. Within minutes of putting it on she got a small patch of hives on her upper arm, and said she was itchy all over. A dose of Benadryl took care of her quickly, so it wasn't a big problem, but it did surprise me as this is the first reaction she's had to a lotion. I'll keep it around for my own use as a winter hand moisturizer or something, but I'm bummed that it was so expensive and didn't end up being the right product for my daughter. I wouldn't spend this kind of money on lotion for myself, that's for sure!

I use this for nearly everything - as a moisturizer for my face and my sons' faces, on scrapes and to "cure" diaper rash (one night with this cream and it's all gone in the morning). Perfect for preventing and soothing "chapped cheeks".

It cured my baby acne completely. In order to work have to be consistent use, a friend I recommended did not work because she only put on once a day if that. My baby was one month old and her baby acne was sooo bad, I put it on 3-4x a day and after a couple days her skin was so clear.

I use this on my daughter whenever she has a slight irritation in the diaper area. Her skin is always healed by morning. It smells wonderful. I want to use it on everything. Even though it is a small container and quite pricey, I have found it lasts a very long time. You don't need to use much.

My daughter is 4 months old and her eczema is getting increasingly worse. Her eczema flares up behind her knees, in between skin folds, on her forehead, her eyelids, behind her ear and random other places. I was so excited to try this product because of all of the success stories. Unfortunately, this product aggravated my daughter's sensitive skin. I tested the cream on her leg before applying it to her whole body. The eczema patches behind her knees got even more inflamed and other parts of her skin turned red and irritated. I gave it 2 stars because it seems to work for some people, but sadly not for my baby.
