I bought these as I'm trying to find an alternative to Pampers Swaddlers since size 3 only comes in Dry Max. I figured since Luvs are still P&G, they might be a good alternative. Unfortunately, they're quite unlike the Swaddlers. They are stiffer than the Swaddlers (although not as stiff and bulky as the Huggies Pure and Natural), the exterior is plastic-y and does not have the soft fabric feel or breathe like the Swaddlers, the tabs are much stiffer (and shorter - I was pulling the tabs to either side of the character on the Swaddlers but can barely get them to the edge of the colored rectangle on the front of the Luvs), and the leg ruffles are crunchy sounding and plastic-y. I'd liken the overall feel of these diapers to strapping a hospital chuck onto your baby and anyone who has had a baby knows laying on a chuck makes you sweat like the dickens, so I can only imagine wearing one constantly. The upside to these diapers is the cost and the fact that they don't leak (I've had a few recent doody leaks in the Swaddlers but not with the Luvs). I was really hoping to love Luvs but I just don't.

I am a first time mom who was very fortunate to have some great friends so I had 2 showers and subsequently received a lot of diapers : ) This allowed me to try out a few kinds and I was surprised to find LUVS ARE THE BEST I'VE TRIED!!! As a first time mom, I also bought a lot of the pricey pampers and huggies because my baby needed the best : )...I used these first and the fancy pampers leaked every time my little boy peed! Every night ! ! ! we had at least 3 full clothes changes. Then I tried these LUVS and I haven't had a leak since ! ! ! and they are soft and fit well...best tip is to make sure the back of the diaper goes half way up the little ones back and it isn't folded over at all and it will hold in : ) ALSO ! make sure you check the diaper on a regular basis because since they are so absorbent it's often hard to tell that they've gone unless you check : ) LUV loves !

I've tried all brands of diapers, and found Luvs to be the best for the money. I've been using them on my son for nearly 2 years, and my new baby for 3 months now. Pampers are so expensive and they sag when wet, Huggies are so stiff and uncomfortable, but Luvs are great - they are thin and very absorbent. We have never had any leaks. For overnight, we use Pampers Extra Protection diapers. They are expensive, but we only use one a night, so it is worth it. The Luvs won't last 12 hours at night on my 2 year old, but they last all day with no problems since he was born.

I absolutely LUV these diapers and won't use anything else anymore. When I was pregnant, I stocked up on small packs of every brand, and have tried even more brands since my baby has been born. Nothing I have found beats the quality or price of Luvs brand diapers.

We had so many blowouts that I had to change my son's outfit at least two times a day. I'm glad I only bought a small pack of these to test them out. Never again.

We've been using these for months. I tried them because they were cheap, but was pretty skeptical. I had heard from friends that cheap diapers can leak a lot, and that it's worth it to buy the more expensive ones. But these work great. Never had a leak!

I HAVE USED THESE ON MY DAUGHTER SEVERAL TIMES. I HAVE HAD THEM LEAK OVERNIGHT.(MY LITTLE ONE SLEEPS 12 HOURS @ NIGHT) THEY WORK GREAT DURING THE DAY. BUT, AT NIGHT I HAVE TO USE A MORE EXPENSIVE BRAND TO KEEP HER CRIB DRY. OTHERWISE, I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. GREAT PRICE AND CUTE DESIGN ON THE FRONT

These diapers cost much less than Pampers or Huggies and seem to work just as well. My son started wearing size 3 diapers at around 3 months of age, so we needed an economical solution. Luvs have proven to be the answer we were looking for. I do not need to spend the extra money. Luvs are fantastic!

I've been in the daycare biz for 18 years. I have used other diapers and parents have brought their "favorites". I always resort back to Luvs. Don't let the cheaper price fool you. You get more than what you pay for. My 2 grandsons wear them over night and they never leak. My infants wear them and wiggle everywhere. My active toddlers run and play with no worries. I wouldn't use anything else.

I'm pretty impressed with Luvs diapers. I use pampers along with luvs and it's just as good except with a better price tag! Try and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Can't say enough good about Luvs. I was hesitant to try them at first because they are so inexpensive and you get what you pay for right? Not in this case. I have tried Pampers, Huggies and many store brands. Luvs are the best overall! And not just because they are cheaper - they are great quality. They are thin, not bulky, yet are very absorbent. And they are soft, unlike Huggies which feel like cardboard to me. I am done shopping around for diapers. I won't use anything else. I recommend them to all my friends who have babies.

I have tried everything on the market now, I think. Luvs are certainly right up there on quality with the big guys. It is funny, when my guy was small, the fit just wasn't quite right. But now that he is a toddler, they are great - not too much sag in the crotch area. I much prefer a trimmer fit. They are also very absorbent! He had one one since an hour before nap, through nap and just changed without a leak. The price of course, can't be beat except by store brands.
